What’s happening in your Market?

All our doors are open...

And our toilets too!

In line with the Government’s lockdown easing all entrances to Plymouth Market are now open for your convenience, and we’ve also opened up our conveniences too.

All entrances to Plymouth Market are now open

When you visit Plymouth Market in the West End of the city, from today, Saturday 4 July, you will be able to use all four of our entrances – New George Street, Market Avenue, Cornwall Street and the doors to the car park.

Safety protocols in place at Plymouth Market

We have also opened up the Market toilets which we’ll be sanitising on a regular basis.

Our safety protocols will still be in place – we’ll be limiting total numbers of shoppers coming into the Market, asking shoppers to use the hand sanitisers provided and to respect social distancing measures too.

We hope this will help you to feel at ease and safe in the Market as you shop for all your fresh supplies as well as home wares, clothing, gifts, jewellery, office supplies, leisure goods and more. You’ll also be able to enjoy a takeaway from Tea and Bun which has opened once again to offer delicious Korean-inspired food and drinks.

Fishing equipment at Plymouth Market

Don’t forget to visit our new stall – Market Tackle and Bait, selling all you need to enjoy some great fishing this summer.

Plymouth Market – new opening hours

From Monday 6 July we’re extending our opening hours too, so you’ll have longer to enjoy shopping with us. We’ll be open from 8:00am to 4:30pm Mondays to Saturdays.

Plymouth Market – what will you discover?

We look forward to seeing you soon
