In just three years, SoBe Burger has gone from a successful launch in a brewery, dreamed up by two burger obsessives, to the fastest growing burger brand in the UK.

It all started when founders, school friends Tom and Alex, took a trip to the states.

They were looking for the best food Florida had to offer and they quickly found it in Miami’s downtown burger joints. They fell in love with a laidback burger that championed the beef, bun and sauce.

And so, SoBe Burger (an acronym of ‘South Beach’) was born.
